He wonders if democracy can create an Islamic government and why Muslim leaders don’t unite. He also reflects on Jinnah's vision for Pakistan and says the lack of clear purpose and leadership has led to disunity among Muslims. Dr. Israr Ahmed warns that without strong leadership, Muslims will continue to face problems and decline.
